The artist was born on the 26th of November, 1986 on the 26th of November, 1986 in Santa Monica California in the United States of America. The singer is the daughter of Vincenzo Barba, her father and Valerie Barba. When she was six, she and her family emigrated in Point Pleasant New Jersey. The girl completed her high-school education at the age of six in New Jersey at Red Bank Catholic High School. After graduating in Catholic University with a Bachelor's in Architecture, she continued her studies in the institution. She also began playing violin at age four, and was known as the Violin Girl. The performances of her were the reason for being called Violin Girl. She taught violin to children in the neighbourhood. Later at the age of nineteen, she appeared on the sixth season on American Idol and sang the 1976 hit single Free. She did not make it over the threshold of 16th place to American Idol. She's performed several songs including 2009's "The Holiday Song" and the The 2010's Out for Blood. She has also appeared on the shows of Jimmy Kimmel Live!
